1. Digital Products Delivery Policy

All premium AI prompt packs and monthly membership tiers are considered **intangible, instantly-delivered digital assets**. Because access is granted immediately inside your user dashboard upon successful payment completion, we maintain strict delivery guarantees.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your monthly membership subscription plan at any time directly through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active with complete premium access until the end of your current paid billing period. No future auto-renewals will be processed.

3. Refund Eligibility Window

Because of the digital nature of instant copy-paste prompts, refunds are generally not permitted. However, we offer standard relief under these specific occurrences:

  • Double Billing: If your card was charged multiple times for the same transaction, we will reverse the duplicate payments immediately.
  • Asset Non-delivery: If a technical failure prevents premium packs from unlocking in your dashboard and our tech support cannot rectify it within 3 business days of your transaction.

4. Disputing Payments

If you experience payment anomalies or wish to submit an appeal regarding duplicate transactions, please reach out to our administrative support team. We resolve all disputes in a friendly and professional manner.
