• You warrant that you own or possess the necessary rights and licenses for the content.
• You grant Promptsworld a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to showcase, distribute, index, and organize the prompt.
• All submitted prompts remain under admin review before public indexation to guarantee community quality and combat spam.

4. Purchases, Subscriptions & Checkout

We provide premium assets (prompt packs) and monthly subscription plans. Purchases are handled through our secure integration gateway. Price listing tiers, subscriptions, and transaction terms are subject to adjustment. All payments are verified securely prior to granting digital asset permission inside your dashboard.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Promptsworld is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the continuous uptime of the platform, the accuracy of prompt outputs on third-party generative systems, or the complete suitability of prompts for specific commercial outcomes.
